The Raymond mill adopts advanced structures of similar products from home and abroad and gets improved on the basis of Raymond mills in the same industry. The grinding mills are more efficient than ball mill and has the advantages of low power consumption, small floor space and one-time investment.
This series of grinding mills consist of the host, analyzer, blower, cyclone separator, micro powder cyclone separator and air hose. Moreover, the host consists of rack, diffuser, shovel knife, grinding roll, grinding ring and housing.
1. Driving system of the main frame adopts airtight gearing and pulley, drives smoothly and operates reliably.
2. The whole plant is a vertical structure of strong systematic characteristic, so it occupies small area. From crushing of raw material to grinding and packing is an independent production system.
3. The electric control system is centralized controlled, so the automaticity is high, no people are needed in the operating room.
4. Main parts of the series of grinding mills are made from cast and steel of high quality. The technics is so subtly that insures the durability of whole plant.
5. Compared with other milling plants, its passing ratio achieves 99%, this is what other mill can not reach.
