Hongxing designs and manufactures an advanced powder grinding production line consisting of Raymond mill, bucket elevator, electro-vibrating feeder, blower, cyclone and related accessories for both wet and dry grinding systems. The purpose of the grinding line is to grind materials in the fields of building materials, mining, metallurgy and chemical industry. The materials must be non-flammable and non-explosive materials such as limestone, calcite, barite, dolomite, potassium feldspar, marble, talcum, gypsum, medical stone, rock phosphate, manganese ore, iron ore, glass, ceramics, active carbon, fireproof materials, heat preservation materials, chemical materials and so on. The materials should have the Mohs' hardness less than 8.
Generally a powder grinding plant is made of jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electric vibrating feeder, main unit, optional equipment, blower, centrally electric control system, etc. To increase complete grinding plant's productivity, you can reach it through choosing suitable powder grinding mills.
There is high pressure spring inside this machine. In the working process, grinding roller starts to rotate. Under the function of high pressure spring and centrifugal force, the grinding roller rolls against the grinding ring. Working efficiency of this machine is greatly improved because its strength is 1.2 times higher than that of raymond mill. Micro powder grinding mill can be used in the grinding operation of feldspar, marble and limestone. Micro powder mill is capable of grinding the ultrafine powder and the product granularity can reach 3.55 micron~25 micron.
