Due to the development and utilization of mineral resources and the constant loss of the available resources, the grade of raw ore has been progressively lowered, and the quality requirements of dressing products for smelting and the follow-up process have been increasingly improved. Meanwhile, the environmental protection consciousness of human has been strengthened day by day. All of these current situations ask ore-dressing equipments for higher and higher requirements, which spurs ore-dressing equipment like ball mill machine to develop to bigger, better and higher efficiency and more energy saving.

Ball mill is the key equipment after material has been crushed. It is one of the widely used high fine grinding machines in industrial production. Ball mill machine is suitable for grinding of all kinds of ores and other materials, which is widely used in mine, building materials and chemical industries. It has two ways to mine ores, that is, dry type and wet type. According to the different discharging ways, the ball mill machine can be classified as grid type and over flow type.
There are many ores that can be classified by magnetic separator such as magnetite, limonite, hematite, manganosiderite, limonite, wolframite, manganese ore, carbonate manganese ore, metallurgy manganese ore, oxidation manganese ore, iron sand ore, kaoline, tombarthite ore, and so on. The magnetic process is, in the magnetic field of magnetic separator, realized by the classification through the ore grain effect that has the aid of magnetic force and mechanical force. Different magnetic ore grain moves in different tracks, which can classify into two or more than two individual beneficiation products.
Jaw crusher is mainly used in the medium granularity crushing of all kinds of ores and big block materials. Jaw crusher is widely used in mine, smelting, building material, road, railway, water conservancy and chemical industries, with the compression strength of crushed materials less than 320MPA.
Vibrating screen usually has two types: circulate vibrating screen and linear vibrating screen. Circulate vibrating screen adopts cylindrical eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block to adjust amplitude, its drip line is long and has many screen standards. It is specially designed for screening stones in quarrying plants. It also can be used as classifying equipment of mine, coal dressing, ore dressing, building materials, electric power, and chemical industries. It has the advantages of reliable structure, strong exciting force, and high screening efficiency, low vibrating noise, sturdy and durable. Linear vibrating screen uses double vibration motor driver, when two vibration motor rotate synchronous, the exciting force produced by eccentric block cancel out in the direction that parallel to motor axis, and become join force in the direction perpendicular to motor axis. So the motion track of this screen is a straight line.
Concentrator table is the gravity separation equipment for concentrating fine grain materials, it mainly used for concentrating tin, wolfram, gold, silver, lead, zinc, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, ferrotitanium, coal and etc. our company has a long history of manufacturing Concentrator table, we are continuous to develop and innovate concentrate table, from the original straight surface concentrate table to single wave surface concentrate table ( in the 1970s) and to the Double curvelet surface concentrate table (in the 1980s), the capacity, recovery, concentration ratio of concentrate table have been improved greatly.
Flotation machine is suitable for concentrating ferrous metals and even concentrating non-metals such as: Coal fluorite and talc. The impellers are driven through V-belt transmission, which brings centrifugal effect to form the negative pressure, on the one hand, the flotation machine inhales sufficient air to mix with ore slurry; on the other hand it stirs ore slurry and mixs with medication to form the mineralized froth.
