Raw material mill is widely used for grinding (drying and grinding) cement raw material and other materials in building materials, metallurgy, electric power and chemical industries.
Raw material mill adopts big cover, which is end cover and hollow shaft as the integrate cast parts. In the big end cover and discharging system, it uses the special streamline design which reduces the air resistance, increases the effective volume that is easy to discharging and improves the capacity of mill. Raw material mill is single chamber structure, the liner in the mill designs assembly, and it adopts different structures on the different stages in the raw materials mill, which greatly improves the efficiency of grinding. The work pressure inside the raw material mill is negative pressure, which can prevent powder leaking effectively. Drying hot blast air is introduced by the high temperature waste gas in kiln end. Inside the raw material mill, it adopts heat preservation measure, so that the drying capacity can reach 6%~8%.
1) Common raw material mill: suitable for Small and medium size raw material grinding system, usually used for outside grinding powder circle flow grinding system.
2) Air swept mill: its features are short and thick, big feeding hollow shaft neck is, large area between drying chamber and grinding chamber is, and no grid plate in the mill end, so the air resistance is less; the air speed can reach above 5m/s, which brings abundant hot-blast air,as a result the drying capacity is high.
3) End discharge elevate cycle mill: the basic difference of End discharge elevate cycle mill and air swept mill lies in feeding material through drying chamber to grinding chamber end and discharging by mechanical method, then feed to the powder concentrator by elevator, coarse material return to the mill to circle grinding.
4) Middle discharge elevate cycle mill: for the function of drying, it is the combination of air swept mill and end discharge elevate cycle mill, as the function of grinding, it actually is the secondary circle flow grinding system. In front of this mill, it is drying chamber with the favorable drying effect. Material is fed from mill head, the feed back of powder concentrator return to the coarse grinding chamber and fine grinding chamber from mill head and mill end; discharge from the middle of mill, and elevated by elevator to powder concentrator to classifying, mostly feed back returns to fine grinding chamber and other returns to coarse grinding chamber.
