The materials are dried through heat and drying equipment, and the specific artificial flow is determined by the characteristics of the materials and the state of drying media.
The helical blade and the indirect spiral raising plate within the rotating barrel of the rotary dryer will kick up the materials which will be dried by the heat in the barrel. After mixing with the materials, heat can be discharged from the top of the aggregate box or the smoke outlet.
Mineral waste residue is put into the feeding end via the feeding pipe by the feeder to make the waste go into the rotating cylinder that has an angle of inclination. What is important is that the inclination of the pipe should be larger than the natural inclination of the materials. While moving to the lower side of the rotating barrel, the materials will directly or indirectly get to the heat-carrying equipment and get into the cylinder from the bottom of the barrel. Then the wet materials are dried and the products will be discharged from the discharge end. The drying rate is raised by the shoveling plate that increases contact surface by spreading materials. The dust filter is used for collecting the materials within gas.
