This rotary kiln is composed of rotating cylinder, supporting device, head part, sealing device and discharging part. The body of kiln supported by the riding wheel has a certain inclination and also it is equipped with control system. In addition to the main drive device, the transmission parts also have the auxiliary transmission part to ensure that the kiln can still run without deformation when the power fails. The head part adopts shell sealing; the bottom part adopts axial-contact sealing ways to ensure the reliability of running.
In ferrous metallurgy industry, the rotary kiln can be used in the production of iron oxide pellets, direct reduction of iron ore concentration, ultra-fine iron ore concentration and high-ash recycling; In non-ferrous metallurgy, the rotary kiln can also be used in oxidizing roasting, reduction roasting, sulfating roasting, satisfied roasting, chlorination roasting, segregation roasting, and alumina production.
