Application of Combination Crusher
The combination crusher manufactured by our company is suitable for the fine crushing of limestone, clinker, coal and other types of ores in building material, mining and chemistry, also for the fine crushing of materials with medium hardness such as dolomite, flint clay, lead-zinc ore, serpentine, blast furnace slag, coal gangue and phosphate ore. It is especially suitable for the artificial sand making with hard limestone, dolomite, granite and basalt and for the processing and crushing of stone materials for highway. The compression strength of the materials to be crushed should not exceed 140MPa and the humidity should not be higher than 15%.
Vertical Combination Crusher’s crushing ratio is big. And the biggest crushing ratio can get to the discharging granularity and can be adjusted freely. The plate hammer and lining board wearing cannot have effect on the crushing ratio. There is no sieve bar. The machine cannot be blocked when it crushes the material with high humidity and mud percetage. It adopts elastic adjustment structure. If the material that cannot be broken gets into the machine, it can be discharged automatically, so the machine cannot be damaged. The bearing is fixed horizontally and its usage life is long. This machine’s rotor is special. The rotor body hardly wear when the machine crushes the materiel.
