As we all know, the drum dryer is an important machine in the mining machinery industry and it can be used to dry large quantities of materials. Due to its reliable operation, operating flexibility, adaptability, large process amount these characteristics, China dryer is widely used in metallurgy, building material, food, light industry, chemical industry, coal, medicine ore and other indurtries. The cylinder of dryer is suitable for drying granular materials, we can also use the method of adding materials to dry the stick shaped paste materials or higher water content materials. The advantages of this machine include large production capacity, wide application scale, small flow resistance, large operation allowance range and easy operation.
The first feeding way is to use the single screw conveyor, we directly use the slime dryer, small hole or damper with gap is installed at the discharge mouth of single screw conveyor, so that the materials can be dispersed into strip type. This adding material method is applicable to dry the materials whose stickness is small, water content is small and easy to be dried.
The second feeding method is applicable to the materials with relative high humidity, larger sticky and difficult to dry. At this time, the first method is not excellent, you need to use double helix predryer. Wet materials have become the state of different particle sizes after passing the inlet of the double spiral mixer slime dryer, the contact situation of the hot air and wet material is determined by the butterfly valve control ,so we can control the proportion.
