Rotary dryers are suitable for a wide variety of products, ranging from granular, powdered and crystalline materials, through to filter cakes and sludges for the food, chemical and mineral industries.
Hongxing drying production line is mainly used in the drying work of cement and coal. First of all, the materials are delivered from the conveyor to the hopper. Second, the materials are crushed preliminarily by thick type crusher. Third, the materials are chosen through the dressing equipment, such as table concentrator and vibrating screen. And then the suitable materials are delivered to the fine crusher to do the fine crushing. And the unsuitable materials are delivered from the conveyor to the hopper. And then the materials are crushed by the jaw crusher once again. At the same time, the materials which have been crushed by the fine crusher will be delivered to the dryer. That is the working process of Hongxing drying production line.
The technical progress will not only promote the development of dryer machines in China, but also push the export of dryer machines actively. At present, the exports of dryer equipment in China have not formed dimensions. The exports volume is less than 5% of total amount, and the dryer machines are mainly sold to South Eastern Asia area. Most of the dryer machines are at the service of domestic industry. However, according to the authorities prediction, with the development of science and technology, in the near future, the exports volume of dryer machines will increased from 5% to 10%, and its market will be expanded from South Eastern Asia to Europe and America.
