Linear vibrating screen is a kind of new and highly efficient universal screening machine, and the trajectory of its screening box is approximately a straight line. Linear vibrating screen has the features of simple structure, high screening capacity, low energy consumption and easy maintenance. This vibrating screen machine is widely used for the classification of large block materials and medium and small granular materials in mining, coal, electricity, metallurgy, building material and refractory and so on.
The power installation of linear vibrating screen has two forms: vibration motor directly drives and common motor is indirectly driven by vibrating exciter, which can meet various environmental needs. The screen surface of linear vibrating screen has various forms including woven wire cloth, cantilever, casting, welding, punching and so on. The screen surface has both single-layer structure and multi-layer arrangement, which can meet the different screening operating requirements. The screening box can be divided into open type and closed type. The screening cloth is divided into woven steel wire mesh, welded screen, adjust seam screen, early comb screen and other special material screen. The screen cloth can be selected according to the material to be screened.
1. The linear vibrating screen shall be equipped with electrical protection devices.
2. In the initial operating period of linear vibrating screen, the foundation bolt must be checked at least once a day to prevent loosening.
3. When the rotating direction of the electric motor does not meet the requirements, just adjust the power phase sequence.
4. The electric motor should be ensured in good lubrication, and add supplement lithium grease (ZL-3) each two weeks. During refueling, add appropriate amount of lithium. When using sealed bearings, the motor is not installed with the oil cup.
5. After linear vibrating screen has run for totally 1500 hours, the workers should check the bearings and immediately replace them if seriously injured.
6. After parking for a long time, the insulation resistance should be measured and the value should be bigger than 0.5 megohm.
When ZSG series linear vibrating screen works, the two electrical machines run synchronously in opposite direction to make the exciter produce reverse exciting force which forces the screen to drive the screen net to move vertically, and the materials on the vibrating screen will be periodically thrown and cast forward, thus completing the material screening process.
