The air is preheated by the internal cooling fin within preheater which is used for the cement plant calcining system, it can reduce heat loss and improve the quality of cement products. The preheated air in the preheater is decomposed and pushed by hydraulic plunger to kiln to be calcined. The flue gas absorb heat that is transmitted to the air. The upper feed preheater system, the main preheater , pusher device, hydraulic system, the lower part of the loading chamber and framework are the basic components of a preheater. The upper feed system is to ensure that the outside cold air can not enter into the preheater. The main preheater includes the preheating chamber, hanging fixtures and firebrick lining, it can make the material uniformly preheated in a preheater and reach the preheat temperature. The pushing device can withstand high temperatures and thus automatically push the materials. The preheated materials will be redirected by the lower loading part into the rotary kiln, the framework is used to support the upper structure of the preheater. Reduction of flue gas resistance loss will reduce the power of the smoke machine and save energy consumption. Preheater is adaptable, easy to operate and of reliable operation, the high decomposition rate preaheater can be widely applied to the building and upgrading of many medium and small cement plants.
