The pin crusher is named because that the grinding medium in the cylinder is the steel bar. The pin crusher generally uses the wet overflow type and it is widely used for the first class grinding in the artificial stone sand, dressing plant, chemical plants and power sector. The barrel of the pin crusher is driven to rotate by the reducer and the decelerating drive of the surrounding gear through the motor. The barrel is equipped with appropriate grinding media - steel bars. Under the role of centrifugal force and friction, the grinding media has been lifted to a certain height, and then it will be thrown down. The materials to be grinded will enter the cylinder continuously from the feeding inlet to be grinded by the grinding media in the movement. And then the materials will be discharged out from the pin crusher through the force of overflow and continuous feeding for the next working procedure. The pin crusher has the following advantages:
