Some Common Failures on Vibrating Screen
The demolition of vibrating screen bearings is very important, improper method may easily damage the vibration motor, then how to prevent such condition? Hongxing experts tell you the following steps to remove vibrating screen bearing:
1. When removing the shield (vertical vibrating motor shield) at both ends of vibration motor, you should record the exciting force percentile of eccentric block in operation, in order to restore the original working state in installation;
2. Remove the two shaft at the ends of shaft by retaining ring;Loosen the outer eccentric block and fasten the bolts, remove the outer eccentric shaft key and the shaft key.
3. Loosen the inner eccentric block and fasten the bolts, remove the inner eccentric;loosen the outer eccentric block and fasten the bolts, remove the outer eccentric shaft key and the shaft key.
4. Remove the bearing seat and compress the bolts, disassemble the screw holes with a suitable bolt, eject the bearing seat from the case.
5. Clean the oil of various parts throughly.
In the operation process of vibrating screen, you will encounter the following situation that does not start properly, as follows:
1. Vibrating screen voltage is 380v three-phase power, you should make sure that you are using a three-phase power.
2. If the motor is damaged, you should replace the motor.
3. Control the electrical components in the circuit, and the electrical components need to be replaced.
4. Voltage is insufficient, it can be solved by changing the power supply.
5. If the materials accumulation on screen surface is too dense,you need to clean the materials on screen surface.
6. If the vibrators occur failure, you can exclude faults by overhauling vibrator.
7. If the grease in vibrator becomes thick, you need to clean the vibrator, update and add the appropriate grease.
