Maintenance and Test of Cement Miller
This cement miller is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, outer gear, the two positions, lattice-type ball mill . First,equipment maintenance:
1.Bearing shoulders the entire load of the machine, so good lubrication has a great relationship with the bearing life, it directly affects the life of the machine and the operation rate, which requires clean oil, seal must be good, themain oiling place of the machine:
（1）Rotary bearing
(2) Roller bearing
(3) All gears
(4) Activities bearing, sliding plane
2.Newly installed tires are prone to loosening, you must always check them.
3.Note that each site of each equipment should work normal.
4.Pay attention to that check the degree of the worn parts,replace the worn parts at any time.
5.You should go out dust on the base of the plane of the active device and other materials, in order to avoid a serious accident.
6.When the bearing temperature rises, you should immediately stop and check to eliminate them.
7.The gears in operation has the sound, you should immediately stop and check it.
Second,installation and running
1.The device should be installed on level concrete foundation with anchor bolts.
2.When installation, we should pay attention to the vertical and horizontal main body.
3.After installation, check all parts of loose bolts and the main doors are tight.
