Vibrating feeder - operating requirements of vibrating feeder
1. After inspection, vibrating feeder machine transmission parts can be started in normal condition;
2. Check the feeder and exclude the debris of the body chute, spring and bracket, which will affect the movement of the body;
3. Feeder downtime should process forward to prohibit strip downtime or shutdown after the shutdown continues to feed.
4. After starting, if you find abnormal phenomenon of vibrating feeder, you should immediately stop the device to check the truth, and you can re-start the device.
5. Check that if the drive belt feeder is good; if found damaged, it should be replaced; wipe it with a rag.
