(1) Note that always check the lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid and fuel oil (water) bit and pay attention to check the tightness of the machine. At the same time, strengthen the lubrication of lubrication points, it is recommended that in the running period, each class should be regreased (except for special requests).
(2) Hold the body of the ball mill clean, swap in a timely manner, tighten loose parts to prevent loosening and exacerbate the wear and tear parts or lead to the loss of parts.
(3) When the running period stops, you should force to deal with the ball mill and take care of itself, and check the swap work, while paying attention to fluid exchange.
(4) Since the mill is a special vehicle, the operating staff should receive training of the manufacturer, and make careful understanding of the structure and performance of the ball mill. Before starting up the ball mill, you must firstly browser protection manual, operation and maintenance according to the instruction.
(5) Note that the workload in running period, the workload during the period generally do not exceed 80% of the rated working load, and want to deploy the right amount of work to prevent continuous operation of the ball mill caused by overheating.
(6) Check each instrument, if there is abnormal, you should stop in time to find the reason, and the fault should be eliminated before the ending of the work.
