Impact pulverizer machine is widely used in our country and even the world , the pulverizer machine can be divided into single rotor impact pulverizer and double rotor impact pulverizer; here, we mainly take about structure and characteristic of double rotor impact pulverizer, taking domestic 1250mmx1250mm machine as example:
1, two rotors of impact pulverizer are of a certain height differences. In order to obtain a satisfactory product size, we can start from expanding working angle of rotors. The first rotor is primarily responsible for the forced feeding, then the second rotor is responsible for improving linear velocity, so that make the crushing of mineral ore is full.
2, there are two crushing cavities of pulverizer machine: coarse crushing cavity and fine crushing cavity; they are composed of two rotor back sheets which move in the same direction; First-stage rotor and counterattack crush mineral ores from 850mm to 100mmm; then second-stage rotor and counterattack material continues to crush the ores into 20mm in fine crushing cavity; finally, the ores are discharge from grid at the bottom of crusher.
3, two rotors in impact pulverizer machine has different line speeds. In general, the first rotor is fixed with 4 rows of hammerheads and 8 blocks of flat hammers; the line speed of lump ore in crusher is about 38m/s; the second rotor is fixed with 6 rows of hammerheads and 12 rows of flat hammers, line speed is approximately 50m/s.
4, discharging port of two rotors are both equipped with grid which is to guarantee the breaking granularity.
