Stabilize operating parameters: The operating parameters of cyclone dust collectors include: air velocity, temperature of the gas to be processed and the quality and concentration of dusty gas at the inlet.
Inlet air velocity: As for the cyclone dust collector with certain size, the increase of the inlet air velocity will not only improve the air processing capacity, but also can effectively improve the separation efficiency. However, the pressure drop will be increased. When the inlet air velocity is up to a certain value, the separation efficiency may fall, the wear will be more serious and the service life of the dust collector will be shortened. Therefore, the inlet air velocity should be controlled within the range of 18 ~ 23m / s.
Temperature of gas: As the gas temperature increases, the viscosity becomes large, which will enlarge the centripetal force of the dust particles and decrease the separation efficiency. Therefore, the cyclone dust collector that is in operation under high temperature should have greater inlet air velocity and smaller cross-section flow velocity.
Inlet quality and concentration of dusty gas: When the concentration is high, the large dust particles have obvious carrying effect of the small particles and the separation efficiency of dust catcher will be increased.
